Life is Short, So...

I’ve gone fishing! Not really. I’m watching the Olympics and seizing the moment!

But I’ll be back next week with more posts. I have four things in the hopper, so I have been writing quite a bit.

The writing is the fun part — editing and posting, not so much.

But don’t worry, I haven’t posted twice on a whim only to disappear into the ether. It was clear last week that people have better things to do than reading blog posts during the Dog Days of summer and the Olympics, and I get it!

We post to be read, though, not to be an afterthought, if we’re thought of at all.

But it’s summer — and not for long. Folks have things to do, especially in the Olympics, when there’s so much to absorb. Then there’s the wild developments in the US election (ooooh).
